It wasn't clear what had irritated Niaz, and Shoaib appeared to be caught off guard. Niaz requested a commercial break as the tension in the room rose as a result of the interruption.
The show was later resumed, but the atmosphere remained tense, and Akhtar appeared to be struggling to get over the way he had been cut off, despite his best efforts. After apologising to the other guests, which included Sana Mir, Sir Viv Richards, and David Gower, among others, he eventually decided to leave the show.
Shoaib's departure seemed to have had no effect on Niaz, who continued reading from his script as if nothing had happened. Later, Akhtar issued a video statement on Twitter clarifying his position on the matter, saying he was willing to bury the hatchet in order to avoid further embarrassment.

Shoaib Akhtar clearly felt embarassed by this behaviour of a host and friend on a live show thats why he is demanding an apology from Nauman Niaz. However PTV Sports has started an inquiry on the matter. Here is the tweet from official Twitter account of PTV sports.
